Please ensure the merchandise you wish to return is unused and has the original packaging, price tag, and invoice. Select items are not eligible for returns, including but not limited to eyewear, and final sale items, except when damaged in shipping. When we send the wrong style or size of a product from the one you ordered you qualify for an exchange or store credit toward an item of equal or greater value. Store credit will be emailed to you within 3 days of receipt of your returned item. MARCH GEAR reserves the right to inspect a returned product before accepting the return and processing the exchange or refund. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to MARCH GEAR. MARCH GEAR is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage/tracking when shipping items back to us. The replacement will be sent out to you free of charge.
For any product you wish to return please email to derek@marchgear.com with Subject Return/ Refund/Exchange within 7 days of receiving the order. Describe the reason for the return with your name, contact number, and order number. In the event that you receive a product that is Damaged or Defective, please include photos of the product and packaging in your email. We will get back to you within 3 business days.
Only when an item is not available in your size or style, we will issue you a full Refund. In case of a Refund, the amount will be refunded using the same online mode of payment through which it was originally made within 10-15 days of the request being verified and subject to the issuing bank's policy. All canceled and returned orders are subject to a restocking fee.
MARCH GEAR accepts cancellations that are made within three hours of ordering. After this time, the order is out of the queue and can no longer be adjusted for any reason. If you cancel within the three hour time frame, you will receive a credit to your account within 5-7 business days. We are here to help resolve any issue. For the quickest service, please be sure to include your order number on all correspondence so we can quickly and easily locate your order when investigating.

This way your card details, number, holder name, the expiry date will be saved exactly as it appears on the card.

All orders are processed within 1 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Shipping is included for orders within continental U.S. states.Orders over $30 will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail service. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, when applicable, it will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. International shipping is additional with the best carrier available for that destination. You will receive an email confirmation with estimated delivery date. Due to Covid-19, orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. When your order can not be shipped to you, your order will be cancelled and you will receive the full refund.
